London's seamy underbelly isn't so dark after all. Matthew Sunderland's comedy depicts a criminal world peopled not by ruthless predators but by inept idiots. Two newbie mobsters are given the task to steal a priceless objet d'art. When they botch the job royally, they're soon pursued by nearly every criminal element lurking in the city, including small-time thugs, cockney crooks and martial arts-wielding Chinese triads.
