This high-octane, anime TV series centers on the future of human evolution, the next phase of which includes a race of "metahumans" who possess potent psychic skills. Coveted by the military organization Ashuram, these outcast mutants -- dubbed "E's" -- can transform thoughts into energy. An elite force of E's is soon created to preserve law and order, but will they use their incredible powers to save the planet or to dominate it?
