In this acclaimed medical drama's sixth season, the ensemble cast continues to undergo changes as Dr. Luka Kovac (Goran Visnjic) and pediatric resident Cleo Finch (Michael Michele) join the team while other longtime cast members depart. The season opens with several trauma cases arriving after a truck hits a café, just missing the pregnant Nurse Hathaway (Julianna Margulies), and the ER thrown into chaos when a patient pulls the fire alarm.
