A violent conflict between Philadelphia teens and some would-be "gangstas" from suburban New Jersey erupts when a harmless prank played on some girls in a supermarket parking lot is blown out of proportion. The incident underscores the seriousness of a rumor that can travel, person to person, like a wildfire. The film, directed by Eugene Martin, is based on a true story that occurred in 1994.
