Vijay Kapoor (Amitabh Bachchan) is an immensely successful, caring businessman with a wonderful family. He's earned his wealth the hard way and believes there is no substitute for experience. Enter Rajesh (Monish Behl), a business graduate looking for a job, who impresses Kapoor with his efficiency and proceeds to bring chaos to his carefully ordered life. It's ultimately up to Kapoor's son to help his father regain the family honor.
