Devendra Goel directs this classic black-and-white Bollywood drama about a handsome young con artist who weasels his way into a retired military officer's family, all so he can get his hands on the man's considerable fortune. Setting his sights on the wealthy Col. Sinha, the wily Suresh (Ashok Kumar) begins romancing the colonel's daughter (Madhubala) -- and that's when things really heat up. What he doesn't count on is truly falling for her.
