A group of Hollywood producers travels to Uruguay to buy an antique locomotive train that they feel would be perfect for a new picture. In the small town where the train is located, locals thrill to news of the purchase. Members of the Friends of the Railroad Association, however, are so incensed that they devise a plan to block the locomotive's sale by seizing the train -- with the police in hot pursuit.
