Sogo Ishii directs this bizarre tale of a young Tokyo outcast whose traumatic past has led him to a dreadfully disturbing present. After enduring too many bouts of electroshock therapy, Dragon Eye (Tadanobu Asano) has developed a problem: His body is charged up with 80,000 volts of electricity, which has pretty much killed his social life. Fortunately, he is able to pass the time by playing his electric guitar with a collection of wayward lizards.
