As Anna Heymes (Arly Jover), a government official's wife, lies writhing in bed, beset by hallucinations, a pair of Paris police officers (Jocelyn Quivrin and Jean Reno) combs the streets to investigate three murders, noting that the victims are all female Turkish laborers. The cops begin to suspect the Turkish Mafia, but everything changes when Anna begins to remember how she came to be in her current state.
