Captivated by stories of the Great North Forest, spunky chipmunk Glicko and his sister escape their comfy big-city home and strike out on an epic journey in search of their distant homeland. Out in the wilderness, they find fun and adventure in this magical anime feature, featuring the voice talents of Jim Backus and, in one of his final roles, screen legend Orson Welles as the friendly carrier pigeon Pippo.
