Escape Velocity

In the not-too-distant future, a scientist (Peter Outerbridge) and his wife (Wendy Crewson) are assigned to board a spacecraft and study a fading red star. On their journey, they discover a man (Patrick Bergin) living inside a compartment in their craft. When they find him, the man is catatonic. When they revive him, he turns out to be a murderer bent on killing their teenage daughter (Michelle Beaudoin).
