Expert Weapon

While on death row, Adam (Ian Jacklin) is asked to join a covert government organization that will shape him into a killing machine. He's trained by Janson (Sam J. Jones), the ruthless leader of the team; a martial-arts master named Miller (Mel Novack); and a weapons freak named Magnet (Joe Estevez). Together, they turn out the Expert Weapon. But when Adam decides to leave his life of crime, he learns that this is the real death sentence.
