Set in South Philadelphia, this inner-city drama follows the lives of several strangers each trying to eke out a decent living. A young mother (Rosario Dawson) attempts to get medicine for her son, Jacob (Lou Taylor Pucci) is a struggling actor, and Rocco (Paul Dano) becomes a drug dealer. Mark Webber writes and directs this film that not only addresses race, class, sex and money issues, but it also touches on hope and the power of unity.
