An explorer (John Beck) and his daughter (Julie St. Claire) discover a deadly doomsday device in Siberia, and when they try to return it to the proper officials, terrorists hijack their plane. When the plane crashes, CIA agent Jason Ross (Treat Williams) arrives to find the device, rescue the survivors and stop the terrorists. Meanwhile, the crash survivors contend with freezing temperatures, an avalanche and a killer bear.
