Secrets, lies and tragedy make an already dysfunctional family combustible under the pressure of waiting out a horrific storm. Blythe Danner (Meet the Parents) is a Midwestern mom who can't come to grips with the disappearance of her daughter. When the storm forces Danner's family and a guest (college student Katherine Kendall) to seek shelter in the basement, all hell breaks loose.
