In the lawless town of Harmony, corrupt Mayor Howard Baines (Martin Landau) intimidates local residents into selling him their properties. But after a local civil liberties lawyer is found murdered, a nameless drifter (David Heavener) comes into town and starts standing up for justice. A critical look at the development of the West, this suspenseful drama co-stars Sally Kirkland, Don Swayze and John Pleshette.
