Hard-nosed Los Angeles cop Nick Harper (Rick Schroder) heads to Spain to search for his missing sister in this thriller. Once in Spain, Harper meets with the local police and learns how dangerous the situation really is after running into a beautiful undercover detective. Harper learns that his sister is caught up in a terrorist plot that uses women as human bombs, and he must act quickly to save her. Paulina Galvez and Kadeem Hardison costar.
