Two desperate losers shake up their suburban community in this campy indie comedy. While preparing to enter the Miss Hope Springs Beauty Pageant, pathological prevaricator Destiny Rutt (Stephanie Orff) crosses paths with gay drifter Scott Bushey (Damion Dietz), who's just returned to his hometown. Tired of being flops, the improbable pair joins forces to ensure Destiny's victory in the pageant. Wil Wheaton turns up in a cameo role.
