This charming anime series tells the story of Miho, a 9-year-old girl who receives the gift of two stuffed dinosaurs. When the toys come to life and present her with a magical pen and sketchbook, Miho is granted a unique power. Everything she draws with the implements comes to life, and as if that wasn't enough, Miho finds she can also transform into a teenager. As her sassy new alter ego, Fancy Lala, Miho sets out to be a star.
