When young Raju is abducted from the home of his affluent grandfather (Ashok Kumar), the boy becomes part of a gang whose leader turns disabled children into petty thieves who do his bidding. Years later, Raju's twin sister recognizes him and brings him home to reunite with their granddad, but is the 14-year-old she believes to be Raju really her long-lost brother? Master Raju, Ambika Shourie and Bharat Bhushan also star.
