After being sent to investigate a gang of Yakuza, Los Angeles Police Department detective Richard Fox (Gary Daniels) watches helplessly as a mysterious swordsman kills his partner. This straight-to-video action-thriller follows Fox as he tracks his suspect, an honorable hit man called Domoto (Kiyoshi Nakajo). When Domoto learns he's been framed, he teams with Fox to take down the Yakuza in a series of bloody martial arts street battles.
