Chesterton's beloved books, this series follows the exploits of mystery-solving clergyman Father Brown (Kenneth More) and his ex-thief friend Hercule Flambeau (Dennis Burgess) as they crack cases and nab bad guys in 1920s England. The collection includes seven episodes from the popular sleuthing series, including "The Hammer of God," in which Father Brown investigates the brutal murder of a local lothario.
