It's Christmas Eve in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It's hot and humid, and everything that can possibly go wrong is doing so in short order: The car breaks down, the pet dies, a gift is lost and a love is unrequited. It's the season to be jolly and everyone is trying their best, but reality gets in the way in this award-winning comedy, making this happy holiday look more like a nightmare.
