An all-around nice guy finds himself in a dangerous situation after he makes the ultimate sacrifice for the woman he loves in this drama. It's love at first sight for Jai (Shahid Kapoor), who falls madly in love with Neha (Kareena Kapoor). Meanwhile, millions of dollars go missing from two major corporations, and Neha confesses to Jai that she's involved. Jai tries to help, but gets mixed up with a rich man (Fardeen Khan) with his own agenda.
