Stephen Chow reprises his roles as undercover cop Chow Sing Sing in this snappy sequel to the 1991 martial arts comedy. Expecting a promotion, Chow instead ends up demoted to traffic duty thanks to his flippancy with a superior. Looking to redeem himself, the demoralized detective quits the police force and takes it upon himself to go after a band of terrorists threatening to blow up Hong Kong schools unless the government frees their leader.
