Martial-arts superstar Sonny Chiba headlines this action thriller. Hong Kong cops Julia Cheung (Sibelle Hu) and Teddy Wong (Kar Lok Chin) join forces with the Japanese Secret Service to infiltrate the yakuza. Underground brawls, gambling and drugs are rampant in Hong Kong universities and it'll be up to femme fatale Julia going undercover to put a stop to it.
