Minor league stock car racer Mitch (Samuel Page) has his eyes on the big time. So when he lands a job as a private mechanic to a business tycoon (Scott Baio), he sees it as the next step in his career. But he soon discovers that his boss is involved in some deadly enterprises. What's more, he's merely using Mitch as a pawn in a high-stakes arms deal. Taylor Cole co-stars in this high-octane thriller.
