A photo of a flag being raised during a civil war inspires hope and helps with the ongoing peace process in this anime series. But when a rebel group steals the flag, the U.N. asks the woman who took the picture to record the effort to retrieve it. Now celebrated photojournalist Saeko Shirasu finds herself traveling with the Special Development Command as they pursue this risky mission outfitted with a sophisticated robot tank.
