Flash Gordon's archenemy Ming the Merciless (Charles Middleton) has concocted a new weapon: a death ray emanating from Mars that wreaks havoc on Earth in this popular 1930s serial. To stop the ray, Flash must travel to Mars and lock horns with Ming's ally, Queen Azura (Beatrice Roberts). Olympic medalist swimmer Buster Crabbe stars as the titular hero in this collection of 15 action-packed episodes.
