Explosive young comedian Miles "Foolish" Waise (Eddie Griffin) plans to make it big -- but not if it means selling out. He'd rather work with his fast-talking brother, "Fifty Dollah" (played by rap superstar Master P), who secretly dreams of opening a comedy club. But before the siblings can become business partners, they must settle a score with ruthless neighborhood drug lord El Dorado Ron (Andrew Dice Clay).
