Although he's a member of the emperor's royal guards, Fat (Stephen Chow) is blissfully ignorant about the art of kung fu because he prefers tinkering with his futuristic inventions. That changes when the emperor (Tat-Ming Cheung) is kidnapped by a group that wants the ruler dead. Fat will have to apply his passion to save the day, but will a beautiful distraction -- in the form of a deliberately planted prostitute -- derail him from his duties?
