A taxi driver (Chow Yun-Fat) hits the beguiling May (Joey Wong) with his cab and thinks he's the cause of her preexisting permanent limp in this comedy of errors. Unaware that the accident didn't cause May's limp, Joe valiantly offers to help her family open a grocery store. Things heat up when May's competitive uncle opens a store nearby, Joe begins to fall for May, May's cousin Scarlet falls for Joe, and Joe's brother falls for Scarlet.
