Frank Enstein

In this fun-filled animated revision of the classic horror tale, mad Dr. Max Enstein creates a robotic boy named Frank, whom he sends to recover a secret scientific formula that's been stolen from his lab. Soon Frank finds himself in a helicopter chase and other unlikely scrapes, but with the help a goofy TV reporter, he not only finds the formula, but also makes an important discovery or two about himself.
