Assigned to snap pictures of the reclusive Blake Tarr (Thalmus Rasulala) -- America's wealthiest black man -- photographer Friday Foster (Pam Grier) turns into a two-fisted avenger when her subject becomes the target of an assassination attempt. But Foster may be the next mark after she uncovers a racist plot to bump off the nation's black political leaders. The strong supporting cast includes Yaphet Kotto, Eartha Kitt and Carl Weathers.
