Max (Mario Van Peebles) is a good cop in a bad city. But when his life begins a downward spiral, he becomes a prime candidate for a new elite crime-fighting force -- a group of super-cops injected with a serum that turns them into werewolves. Max is lured into the group by a sexy officer (Patsy Kensit) but soon learns the horrible truth about the clan. Now, he must decide whether to run with the pack or be a lone wolf.
