Grizzled Police Inspector Pao (Lau Ching-wan) is on the trail of escaped criminal mastermind and ruthless demolition expert Mak Kwan (Francis Ng). Pao is determined to bring Kwan to justice before he can execute a $10 billion heist of the Hong Kong Jockey Club's ostensibly impenetrable vault. Flip sides of the same coin, the two men soon get caught in a vicious battle of wills in this explosive psychological thriller directed by Ringo Lam.
