A young man fights against a corrupt police force in this edgy actioner. Returning to his small Alabama hometown, Joshua Pope (Busta Rhymes) plans to claim his father's inheritance and move on. Instead, he finds a corrupt and prejudiced police force working the beat. Joshua, his friend Duncan (Xzibit) and their gang decide to stand up and fight for their rights. Also stars Shaun Baker, Suyun Kim, Ellen Cleghorne and Bubba Smith.
