Based on the popular novel The End of Day by Day, this anime technothriller picks up where the original series left off. Antiterror organization Mithril learns that the sinister, secretive group known as Amalgam has developed "black technology" and provided the Baltic Army with state-of-the-art weaponry. Join operative Sousuke Sagara as he looks to protect high school student Kaname Chidori and thwart the devious plots of Mithril's adversaries.
