Kaname Chidori is one of the most popular girls in her high school class and possesses the powers of "The Whispered," making her a target of one of the world's deadliest terror organizations. To protect her, the anti-terror organization Mithril sends a hotshot young agent named Sousuke Sagara into the school. Unfortunately, Sousuke finds that trying to fit in while maintaining his cover is no easy task.
