With tensions at an all-time high in Los Angeles due to a police scandal, a brave street cop tries to keep the city from exploding into an all-out riot in this urban thriller. When the leader of the toughest Latino gang is released from death row, he vows revenge on the cop who brought him down (Chino XL), the priest (Reni Santoni) who testified against him and a rival Compton gang leader (Coolio). Robert Vaughn and Theresa Saldana also star.
