Detectives Bill Bannister (Kent Taylor) and Tim Nolan (Robert Armstrong) are tasked with bringing down the League of Murdered Men in this classic crime serial. The mysterious Mortis (Ralph Morgan) leads the gang of criminals -- all of whom are listed as deceased in the city's records. Reporter Vicki Logan (Irene Hervey) and photographer Happy Haskins (Richard Davies) lend the police a hand as they track the story.
