Gang Tapes

A 13-year-old boy carjacks a family lost in Watts and steals their video camera, which he then uses to capture the gritty, bloody, day-to-day realities of his life and his initiation into the gang he joins. Los Angeles police detectives come upon a cache of these tapes on one of their busts and look to them for leads concerning the gang members and their criminal activities.
 Restricted. Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian.
