This documentary chronicles the remarkable trajectory of Genesis, from their groundbreaking style with front man Peter Gabriel in the 1970s to the chart-topping mainstream sound they crafted with Phil Collins in the '80s. Interviews with band members -- including Collins, Steve Hackett and Tony Banks -- as well as clips from performances throughout the group's history convey the dramatic rise to stardom of this legendary musical institution.
