Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex: 2nd Gig: Individual Eleven

In the year 2030, the world has been torn apart by World Wars III and IV. A death threat on the Japanese prime minister leads security agency Section 9 to a mysterious group of terrorists known as the Individual Eleven. While investigating a seemingly unrelated murder, Section 9's Inspector Togusa uncovers a connection between the terrorists, the government and the recent influx of refugees.
