Murder and secrets abound in this double bill. When a nurse (Margaret Lockwood) is hired to care for the wheelchair-bound Mr. Bentley (Wyndham Goldie), she unknowingly falls right into a murderous trap laid by Bentley's conniving wife (Margaretta Scott). The second half stars Diana Dors as the beautiful femme fatale who inspires a pair of dimwitted brothers to take on an ill-conceived plot to steal a wage safe where one of them works.
