Tommy and Lincoln (Cuba Gooding, Jr.) are two teenagers embroiled in the corrupt underground of illegal street fighting for different reasons. Tommy fights to earn money to pay off his dad's debts, while Lincoln hopes to use boxing as his ticket out of the ghetto. Brian Dennehy plays Horn, a shady boxing promoter who arranges for Tommy and Lincoln to face off in the ring.
