Characters from two movies about high rollers -- the God of Gamblers and All for the Winner -- meet in this dual sequel. In this story, the God of Gamblers' partners, Little Knife (Andy Lau) and Sing Chi (Stephen Chow), go head to head with Mr. Chan's son-in-law, Hussein, in a gambling competition. Little Knife and Sing Chi use their magic powers to win, while Hussein employs high-tech equipment. Cheung Man and Ng Man-Tat also star.
