God's Lonely Man

Ernest Rackman (Michael Wyle), a drifter who grew up in the sheltered town of Grand Rapid, Mich., gives in to drug dealing and debauchery as he makes his way to Vegas and then Los Angeles. Seeking respite from his lonely, meaningless existence, he befriends a young prostitute (Heather McComb) who claims her father abuses her; Ernest decides it's up to him to save the girl from her desperate plight.
