Jim Nabors returns as the bumbling but lovable Marine from Mayberry in the second season of this classic military comedy. Gomer serves as best man and loses the ring, gets mistaken for an oil baron, turns a trained guard dog into a pet and generally makes life miserable for hotheaded Sgt. Carter (Frank Sutton). Guest stars include Mayberry pals Andy Griffith, Ron Howard and George Lindsey, and Jamie Farr and William Christopher from "M*A*S*H."
