To fulfill a lifelong dream, Indian taxi driver Sharma (Dalip Tahil) leaves New York and returns to his native India to build a school for girls in his rural village. But first, this ordinary man must overcome great odds and unexpected challenges. Suri Krishnamma directs this exhilarating and hopeful drama that also stars Joan Allen, Billy Connolly, Andrea Weston, Maulik Pancholy and Pankaj Kapur.
